Terms and conditions

At the time of booking, you are required to give a downpayment of 150,00 Euros per apartment and for every week of your stay, via bank transfer.

Payments:

Cash, cheque, credit card (excluding American Express), debit card

Check-in:

Anytime from 14.00 and check out by 10.00 on the day of departure

Costo di cancellazione:

There is no cancellation cost if cancelled 30 days before the arrival date. If cancelled 7 days before the arrival date, there will be a payment of 50% of the total price. For short notice or for an early departure, the full price of the stay will be paid.

After sending the request for availability, we will send you the information for payment by bank transfer via email.
